Legacy Women Clinic needed a reassuring digital experience that could take patients smoothly from service discovery to booking and payment. We shaped the site around clarity, privacy and simple next steps.
The design direction focuses on reassurance, discretion and clarity. Sensitive healthcare information is broken into approachable sections, with considered typography and spacing that allow visitors to understand services at their own pace.
Service pages use a consistent hierarchy for explanations, expectations and next steps. Prominent contact routes reduce uncertainty, while responsive behaviour keeps important information readable and accessible across smaller screens.
