Learning designed for real people

eLearning experiences that are engaging, accessible and practical to manage.

Digital learning succeeds when it respects the learner’s time, explains difficult ideas clearly and gives administrators confidence in delivery. We design and build structured learning experiences for organisations that need more than a sequence of slides placed online.

Our work connects learning objectives, content, interaction, accessibility and platform operations. We can shape a complete learning journey, modernise existing material, develop custom activities, integrate an LMS or build supporting portals and automation. Every decision is considered from both sides: the learner completing the experience and the team maintaining it.

What the work should achieve

Outcomes before outputs.

We define success around what people and organisations need to accomplish. That keeps priorities clear and gives every design, content and technical decision a reason.

  • Clear learning journeys tied to defined objectives
  • Accessible content that supports different devices and needs
  • Purposeful interaction rather than decorative clicking
  • Reliable progress, assessment and completion handling
  • Reusable structures that reduce future production time
  • Practical reporting and administration for internal teams

Our approach

A clear route from first question to confident launch.

01

Learning discovery

We define audiences, objectives, context, constraints, evidence of completion and administrative needs. Existing material is reviewed for relevance, gaps and opportunities to simplify.

02

Curriculum and journey design

Content is sequenced into manageable units with clear outcomes. We choose the right balance of explanation, practice, reflection, assessment and supporting resources.

03

Storyboarding and prototype

Representative screens and interactions are tested before full production. Language, pacing, navigation, feedback and accessibility patterns are refined early.

04

Development and integration

Responsive modules, media, assessments and platform features are produced and connected to the LMS or custom portal. SCORM, xAPI or API requirements are handled where appropriate.

05

Quality assurance and handover

Content accuracy, keyboard use, screen-reader structure, progress, scoring and device behaviour are tested. Teams receive documentation and reusable patterns for continued delivery.

What we can deliver

A complete, joined-up service.

Scope is tailored to the project. We can lead the complete engagement or work alongside internal teams and specialist partners.

  • Learner and stakeholder discovery
  • Learning-objective and curriculum mapping
  • Instructional design and storyboards
  • Responsive module and interaction development
  • Assessment, feedback and completion logic
  • LMS, SCORM, xAPI or API integration
  • Accessible documents, captions and transcripts
  • Testing, analytics, training and support

Quality by design

Standards built into delivery.

Accessibility, performance, security and maintainability are working practices—not badges added after launch.

  • WCAG-aware structure and keyboard navigation
  • Captions, transcripts and meaningful alternatives
  • Plain language and manageable cognitive load
  • Visible progress and consistent navigation
  • Assessment feedback that supports learning
  • Responsive delivery with efficient media

Frequently asked questions

Useful answers before we begin.

Can you work with our existing LMS?

Yes. We review the platform, enrolment model, reporting needs, technical standards and authoring constraints before recommending how new content should be packaged or integrated.

Do you create SCORM or xAPI content?

We can deliver standards-based modules when the LMS and reporting requirements justify them. We also build native web learning experiences and API integrations where those offer better accessibility, flexibility or administration.

Can you improve existing training material?

Yes. We audit content for objectives, structure, duplication, accessibility, interaction and currency. Strong source material is retained, while long or passive sections are reorganised into a clearer learning sequence.

How do you make eLearning accessible?

We use semantic structure, keyboard-operable controls, clear focus, captions, transcripts, alternative text, sufficient contrast and flexible layouts. Interactions are designed so essential meaning is never available through one sensory method alone.

Can our team create more modules later?

Maintainability is designed in. Depending on the platform, we provide templates, reusable components, editorial rules and training so teams can update content or create additional modules without rebuilding the system.
